  • Some meaningful full-cycle sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in SaaS
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Must be based in Dubai
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack
  • Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs
  • Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle
  • Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools
  • Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
