- Experience with similar administrative assignments.

- Receive signed contracts and copy management on each contract receipt.
- Create and record reservations in Palm and verify that each file is complete.
- Prepare and send rental mandates, track signatures and renewals, verify compliance, and file mandates in Drive.
- Launch TRACFIN checks for client and owner files and verify required documentation and file compliance.
- Send payment requests, follow up on payments, track receipts, prepare deposit refunds after validation, and monitor tourist taxes and other fees.
- Update and organize Drive and file contracts, mandates, inspection reports, invoices, and other documents.
- Create and update client Cardex records and owner records, and maintain client information and preferences.
- Update villa availability and verify property information and rates.
- Arrange bailiff appointments, track check-in and check-out inspections, and file reports.
- Update the website and publish planned stories.
- Track ongoing files, follow up with clients, owners, and service providers, flag urgent or blocked files, and check daily deadlines for payments, signatures, arrivals, departures, bailiffs, and deposits.
- A third language.
