Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or revenue operations—ideally within SaaS or healthcare tech environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of GTM motions, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN), and customer journey dynamics.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Experience building content and programs from the ground up.
  • Proficient with tools like Salesforce, Seismic, Highspot, Gong, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for education, storytelling, and empowering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the overall enablement strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Build and lead a small but high-impact enablement team, growing the function as needed.
  • Serve as a thought partner to GTM leadership.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to determine which areas of responsibility should fall under enablement and which belong to company-wide L&D efforts.
  • Design and execute scalable onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing.
  • Drive sales enablement ensuring our entire Revenue team has the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be successful in our rapidly growing business.
  • Implement ongoing learning programs to address evolving needs, skill gaps, and market changes across the business.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and process improvements to increase team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Reinforce methodologies, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal coaching.
  • Work with SMEs to develop and maintain enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, case studies, datasets, competitive intel).
  • Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that improve learning and sales efficiency (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM integrations).
  • Define KPIs for enablement programs and track their impact on business outcomes (e.g., ramp time, win rates, quota attainment).
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align enablement efforts with data insights and business trends.
