  • Education in Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant area.
  • 5 years’ experience in Marketing with at least 2-5 years’ experience in people management
  • Knowledge of 360º media
  • Experience in leading and managing agencies
  • Interest in the food industry
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for B2C & B2B Marketing plan and budget for Region North
  • Coordinate and manage the local team (5 FTE) of PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, Strategic Marketing and B2B Marketing
  • Constant Analysis & evaluation of our brand value proposition in the market
  • Optimize and enrich existing monitoring tools to evaluate performances, analyze results and propose action plans for continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with CRM teams to build relevant contact plan for different customer segments
  • Work closely with SEO & Product central teams to maximize our positioning in SERPs and App stores
  • Track & increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead partnership agreements strategies and close big deals with most relevant brands
  • Promotion of our Brand locally in accordance to guidelines defined by central team
  • Coordinate with PR to agree on main messages to convey, to build social / community strategy and determine which local or national gastronomic events our brand needs to be associated with
