Job Description
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office hardware and software assets.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from business units.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new technologies and systems. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Software Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
- Application Development: Contribute to the development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new applications to meet customer requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. This involves working independently.
- Data Management Support: Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
- Emerging Technologies: Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Knowledge Management Support: Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.

Skillset:
- Access Database Experience: Required experience with Access databases, including backend SQL knowledge to diagnose and repair database errors.
- Data Transfer Management: Ability to handle large volume transfer requests by reviewing daily moves file and importing into Access.
- Front-End Database Support: Assists associates with front-end database issues.
- Report Building: Builds and maintains reports as needed.
