Requirements
  • Experience with EMEA wide compensation programs with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation
  • Deep compensation knowledge including compensation theory, application, and compliance with state and federal laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programs
  • Experience with, and exposure to, a distributed workforce and high-impact HR and Total Rewards functions within world-class scaling organisation(s)
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and People Team stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies and activities that attract, reward and retain key talent
  • Ensure that compensation programming is designed for scale, while retaining flexibility for customisation
  • Support global job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, benefit plans and retirement program benchmarking
  • Provide thought leadership, and consultation to senior leaders on the deployment of total rewards methodologies and philosophy
  • Operate world-class reporting and analytics in service of business results
  • Build and maintain operational and process excellence mechanisms
