Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in the digital marketing or related industry
- 5+ years of experience with leading and managing a team

- Established relationships and a proven track record into CMOs, growth leaders, and other C-suite executives at mid-enterprise and enterprise brands

Responsibilities
- Shaping and evolving the sales strategy to drive growth across enterprise segments through acquiring new clients ($250 - $10M + in annual revenue)
- Developing unique value propositions based upon our capabilities
- Cultivating relationships with high-profile enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges and presenting tailored solutions that align with Wpromote's offerings
- Recruiting, coaching, and managing a top-tier enterprise sales team consisting of 6-10 sales executives. Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that the team is equipped with the training, tools, and motivation to outperform targets
- A hands on leader, who leads from the front, and inspires others to follow them
- Developing and maintaining a robust, predictable pipeline of enterprise prospects. Implement a structured forecasting approach to ensure visibility and predictability in sales outcomes
- Reporting on pipeline, performance, Department P&L, commissions, and forecasting
- Driving consistent and predictable performance of core sales activities, processes and key deliverables
- Partnering closely with other departments, especially marketing and customer success, to create a seamless customer journey from prospecting through to retention
- Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to ensure Wpromote remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation
- Expected to travel up to 20% of the time to attend new business pitches, client meetings, fulfill business requirements
