Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or senior-level executive support
  • Experience working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the SVP, Technology Operations with additional support responsibilities for executive leaders in Product and Engineering, focusing on scheduling, travel and expenses.
  • Support and influence the planning and execution of business events, team offsites and meetings hosted or attended by the Technology Leadership Team.
  • Assist SVP, Technology Operations in organizing staff meetings, town halls, off sites and weekly/quarterly meetings, and in compiling agendas and materials for such meetings.
  • Assist with the execution of cultural initiatives to enhance team culture (such as hackathons, ways of working, onboarding, swag, internships, and wellness initiatives), utilize feedback from across the team to identify new department-wide initiatives, and partner with COS to align on strategy and execution.
