Lead Driver

Description

 LEAD DRIVER POSITION Pay:  $22:00-$23.00 – per hour 

• Assist Station Leadership with daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of new drivers.
• Serve as a safety ambassador and role model.
• Help monitor service quality and operational standards.
• Assist with fleet readiness and communication between drivers and leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a professional and positive culture.

This is a working leadership position and an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking future advancement into Assistant Station Leader and Station Leader roles.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older. ( under 25 must have professional driving experience)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Clean Background check
• Clean driving record- No moving violations for 3 years/ no accidents for 3 years
• Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred:

• Airport transportation experience.
• Shuttle driving experience.
• Hospitality experience.
• Leadership experience (Lead Driver applicants).
