  • 2+ years of sales (inside, or in-field), marketing, or call centre experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a multi-stepped conceptual sales process

  • Proven ability to self-manage, take initiative, and see things through to completion

Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory and support its sales and marketing initiatives, conducting both reactive inbound and proactive outbound communications
  • Pre and post sales activity support, ensuring the right activities take place and defined processes are followed
  • Partner with wholesalers to increase product knowledge, sales, reduce returns, and increase market share of products at the contractor level
  • Act as the point of contact for partners, addressing pre and post sales inquiries, including product info, order, and warranty inquiries
  • Work closely with peers and other departments to address day-to-day escalations
  • Coordinate timely and accurate records of all market coverage activities and detail in Salesforce CRM
