We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Net Leased Investment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial modeling support to our brokerage team. You will work closely with brokers to prepare financial packages, conduct market research, and analyze lease and sale comparables. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, has excellent analytical skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
