- At least one year of experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP)
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with the perinatal population
- At least six months of telehealth experience
- Licensed as a PMHNP-BC in at least two of the following states: Washington DC (District of Columbia), Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and/or Wisconsin
- Experience with medical evaluation and medication management including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors
- Familiarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic codes
- Experience with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite
- Willingness to commit to approximately 4-5 hours per month
- Strong communication skills, empathetic listening and written communication
- Provide direct patient care through evaluation, management, and treatment of maternal mental health patients
- Manage approximately 4-5 hours per month of work
- Operate in a flexible, fully remote capacity

Pacify's members will now gain access to Seven Starling's specialized mental health provider network throughout their care journey. Seven Starling's members will be able to leverage Pacify's highly trained doulas and IBCLC certified lactation consultants throughout pregnancy and postpartum
D.C.-based maternal mental health startup Seven Starling raised an $11 million Series A round led by RH Capital, with participation from Pear VC, Expa, Magnify Ventures, Emerson Collective, Inflect Health, Zeal Capital Partners, Ulu Ventures, Fiore Ventures, March of Dimes, Rogue Venture Partners, Graham Walker, and Wisdom Ventures. CEO Tina Beilinson Keshani co-founded the company in 2020 with Julia Cole and Sophia Richter. The company previously raised a $2.9 million seed round.
