Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or bachelor of sciences from a top-tier school
- 2+ years of work experience at a VC-backed startup company, investment bank, consulting firm, or any other large corporate
- Strong research skills and ability to self-manage and executive projects from scratch
- Willingness to travel and work remotely in flexible time zones
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- An appreciation for working with a close-knit team in a startup environment
- Detail oriented and analytical

Responsibilities
- We are a lean, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial team. You will have the chance to expand the role, further develop customer-facing, marketing, and partner skills, explore different critical roles in the company to potentially progress into, and join a fast-growing company
- Execute Key Initiatives-Report directly to the CEO, supporting daily tasks such as interaction with key clients, management of press and media, collaboration with strategic partners, and development of company branding
- Communicate Within and Outside the Company-Represent the CEO in both internal and external communication; help coordinate between CEO and senior/junior team members
- Take on Various Projects-Be responsible for special projects across product, sales, partnerships, marketing, engineering, data science, operations, finance, and compliance for the CEO, external clients, and team members
- Support the CEO and the Office-Provide general administrative support for the CEO and the office, including note-taking, presentations, research, relationship management, meetings or conferences prep/attendance, and travel and logistics
- Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for special projects across product, sales, partnerships, marketing, engineering, data science, operations, finance, and compliance for the CEO, external clients, and team members, including:
- Client and market focus - Landit's current and new products, partnership strategy, competitive advantages, etc
- Deepen partnership relationships with existing partners
- Building and establishing new partners, including consulting firms, distribution partners, and strategic partners
- Support and keep up-to-date on Landit's solution compliance strategy and materials, including related certifications, EEO advantage (i.e. Dept of Labor), IT/Tech security certifications and questionnaires, thought leadership, and advisors/consultants
- Support strategic clients and CEO-client/sales related initiatives and efforts
- Enhance Landit's Marketing, including go-to-market strategy (PR firm, own relationships, Scholarly articles), Roundtable Groups, related conferences and events, and global publications
- Support organizational improvements, including transparency, employee reporting, hierarchy relationships, and information sharing and CEO-related messaging between teams
- Improve communication and collaborations across countries and teams
- Other: client and partner case studies, VC/Investor strategies, company presentations, enhance Landit's network and reputation, marketplace analysis and positioning
- Leadership and ownership of strategic projects management- especially with grey and poorly defined projects, timelines under pressure, and for critical clients, crisis, and any CEO-related projects
- Managing Landit's weekly all-company meeting materials/structure/special content and monthly / quarterly updates for CEO-related updates and materials
- Support in the creation of product and marketing materials, market competition, and organizational presentations and documentation for internal and external distribution
- Generally administrative support for the CEO, including note-taking, presentations, research, relationship management, meetings or conferences prep/attendance, and travel and logistics
