  • At least 6 months of experience in a business development role generating leads using outbound phone, email, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistent over-quota performance
  • Highly organized with the ability to work multiple opportunities through your pipeline simultaneously
  • Sharp, self-motivated and skilled at researching and hunting new opportunities
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Possess a hunter mentality, with the ability to execute on outbound prospecting activities including strategic account research, cold calling, and email marketing
  • Quickly uncover detailed information around client need, size, and operations in order to accurately qualify true sales opportunities into the Account Executive pipeline
  • Work directly with Adaptive's executive team to develop novel strategies and messaging to drive growth
  • Develop an understanding of our product, our value proposition, and how we fit into the market
