Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable team player that can add value to our Quality Assurance Department. The Quality Assurance Admin Provide administrative support for the Quality Assurance Department to verify that required H.U.D. construction requirements and QBuilt procedures are being followed..
Duties / Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks involving the eBuilt and ENERGY STAR program
- Submit for ENERGY STAR credits on ClaytonGo
- Track down heat pump invoices for eBuilt Electric homes
- Mail ENERGY STAR labels and certificates
- Coordinate field inspections with 3rd party IPIA
- Perform internal eBuilt audits
Manage and maintain Perris SharePoint site on digital filing Create documents / labels for production: Traveler documents, ship-loose, blown insulation calculations, panel box directories, data plates, and homeowner packets Administer Drafting print packages with traveler

- HVAC Installation Guide
Administer 3rd party inspection list Administer Sales Change Orders Administer HUD Labels Monthly 302 reports Complete Daily Yard Status Report Label homes in the AS/400 system Input A.C. letters in AS400 for each home Track QA findings, gateway findings and send out reported issues on each Order QA stickers – manage HUD labels and E-STAR labels to ensure we have enough to keep production running. Update Clayton Leadership Team Dashboard statistic entry every Monday Collect and organize shipping pictures Other duties as assigned by the QA Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
- 2 years of successful quality inspection / exposure required
- 2 years of experience with architectural standards of construction
- Computer literate and proficient with technology.
- High level of independence.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Highly proficient typing and data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge / Experience within the Manufactured Homes or Construction industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and/or offer alternative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends to meet production schedules.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Work primarily involves sitting, up to 4 hours at a time.
