Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for Computer Support 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Manufacturing Affordability Business Services Organization. This position is located in Melbourne, FL.
In this role you will be supporting internal and external customers through Business Services pillars of Engineering Support, Scanning and Document management, Records Retention, Mail Services, and/or other requirements as set forth to support the business needs of the organization and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the proper customer support information in the proper format with proper agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
- Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
- Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
- Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.
- Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1 years of related experience in Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access in a reasonable amount of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in System Application and Production (SAP)
- Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and TeamCenter
- Access to Technical Data Repository System (TDRS)
- Experience in working Diazo machines and Gerber Plotter
- Active Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $36,300.00 - $60,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
