Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 years of related experience in Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access in a reasonable amount of time.
Responsibilities
  • Provide the proper customer support information in the proper format with proper agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
  • Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
  • Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
  • Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.
  • Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
