- Provide daily/weekly support to our Somerville office by anticipating and automating office needs
- Manage office administration through our office management platform, Eden, making sure our office is running smoothly and that we have the essentials for a productive work environment including coffee, snacks, and general office supplies
- Maintain safe and clean common areas including tidying the kitchen, lobby, and conference room areas
- Manage relationships with vendors and building management to ensure that office equipment and facilities are serviced and operating correctly
- Coordinate and support meeting and events, including catering services
- Serve as key office contact and provide support for in-office meetings, as necessary
- Monitor and maintain inventory and usage of common areas including kitchens, supplies rooms and meeting space
- Support teams by assisting with various cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- You have experience using Greenhouse or some other ATS
- You have experience assisting with employee onboarding activities
- You have experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platform
- You have experience organizing employee programs with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) + culture
