Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a renewal specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology/saas industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce ideally).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of contract renewals. This includes monitoring contract expiration dates, initiating renewal discussions with clients, and negotiating terms.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are updated during the renewal process and to address any concerns that may impact the renewal.
  • Analyze contract performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management on renewal status and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless renewal process and to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewal negotiations.
  • Ensure all renewal documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Here you will work closely with the Sales Operations team.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to effectively negotiate contract terms that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
