Requirements
  • Experience in software sales with a proven track record of successfully achieving against sales targets
  • Experience with SaaS, information security/cyber/payment/fraud
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot challenging technical concerns

Responsibilities
  • Learn our platform, become fluent in Payment Fraud lifecycle and Payment Fraud intelligence topics
  • Manage relationships with key clients across a global portfolio of financial clients under our financial fraud intelligence division
  • Manage the customer journey and maximize our value to our users
  • Regularly capture, analyze, and share the voice of the customer regarding their experience with Recorded Future
  • Close renewal contracts on time
  • Meet and exceed renewal targets
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal forecasts
  • Assist in identifying and cultivating account growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams across the organization to deliver exceptional customer engagement
  • Flag and assist in building strategies with relevant stakeholders for at risk renewals
  • Research and build new relationships within existing accounts, including with Executive stakeholders
