Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in product design
  • Past experience with design skills, proven in your portfolio of recent work
  • Ability to drive research, ideation, and can align stakeholders around a vision and approach
  • Ability to think through and craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys
  • Ability to think and design at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
  • You're passionate about our mission and being a supportive teammate
  • You're effective at communicating your ideas and design solutions and sharing feedback
  • You are comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a healthy curiosity
  • You can translate quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions

Responsibilities
  • Running discovery phases and helping define product and business requirements
  • Creating prototypes and conducting usability testing with users to collect feedback
  • Presenting your work and process to peers, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Exercise your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making
  • Supporting process improvements and creating documentation for teamwide use
  • Contributing to our design system and creating designs that unites our products/features
  • Strategically leading a vision of how to implement experiences that represent the most user-centric intersection between design, business, & technology
