Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or construction experience
  • EPA Type 2 or better Universal Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining facility HVAC systems
  • Supporting the installation of facility HVAC units
  • Assisting with the installation and modification of facility systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing facility systems
  • Performing housekeeping functions and maintenance
  • Facilitating office access and moves
  • Complying with codes, regulations, and safety directives
  • Observing and receiving training on facility operations
  • Adhering to working practices and procedures
  • Performing other facility duties as assigned
