Requirements
  • Ability to partake and lead on cross collaboration team meetings.
  • Windows Server and Linux OS maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • SQL server troubleshooting & maintenance.
  • Software patch management & client support.
  • Scripting experience is considered highly advantageous.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Work closely with other technology teams and McKesson’s operations and delivery partners to ensure the network is well designed and executed in a holistic manner.
  • Attend planning meetings and work closely with application development teams and senior level leaders.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly available.
  • Implement new platforms with architecture.
  • Work with the team to evolve the platform and implement recommendations.
  • Scale the existing platform to support the enterprise.
  • Act as a point of escalation for other support teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify their needs.
  • Continue to stay up to date with new technologies.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across the platforms.
  • Involvement in planning.
  • Will be part of on-call rotation.

  • Platform experience: Azure, AWS, GCP, Citrix Endpoint Management, SAP
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management practices.
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts.
  • Systems integration experience.
  • SAFe Agile.

  • Experience in managing requirements in a fast paced and changing business environment.
  • Experience of working effectively within a team orientated and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
