Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing product experiences and shipped releases.
  • A willingness to get into the code when needed and ship rather than only describe what should be built.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead products through post-launch growth, including defining and measuring success after launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, making decisions rooted in evidence and user behavior.
  • Excellent prioritization and trade-off judgment, balancing scope, time, and quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and user experience and design.
  • Excellent communication and alignment skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration of features that enhance the shopping experience, including personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization.
  • Partner deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases, remove blockers, and improve velocity.
  • Be accountable for success metrics of owned features related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Balance evolving business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Analyze product and behavioral data to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for growth.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights from analytics, feedback loops, customer interviews, and shopper research to inform decisions.
  • Act as a central hub of communication between engineering, design, data, brand and marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Enable teams to align around a shared vision, clear requirements, and defined success criteria.
  • Drive post-launch optimization and experimentation to improve key metrics and meet user needs as the platform scales.
  • Establish feedback loops with users and internal partners to rapidly test, learn, and iterate.
Desired Qualifications
  • A design background, with a sharp eye for user experience and visual craft.
  • Founder experience or experience at an early-stage Series A–C startup doing zero-to-one building rather than strategy work.
  • Comfort with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, including the ability to go deep with engineers on model-driven product work.
  • Fluency with AI-forward tools such as Figma, Claude Code, Linear, and AI prototyping tools such as Lovable or Framer.

ShopMy operates a creator marketing platform connecting brands and influencers in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Brands use a subscription SaaS to discover creators, manage gifting campaigns, offer trackable commission codes, and measure results like paid ads; creators join for free, build personalized digital storefronts and share recommendations from 50,000+ brands, earning through a revenue share (ShopMy takes 18%). Key features include Lookbooks for automated gifting and Circles for grouping favorite creators into a single storefront for shoppers.
