- A university degree and a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in Safety and Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology.
- At least 2 years of experience managing occupational risks and technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in roles related to occupational health and safety.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and the development of safety programs.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Availability to travel throughout Spain to conduct supervision, evaluation, and occupational risk prevention advisory activities at different points of sale.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies and procedures, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and promote occupational safety best practices.
- Lead investigations of workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, propose corrective measures, and record and report incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a safety culture and active employee participation in risk management.
- Train and inform employees on occupational risk prevention.
- Stay current on applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal and external audits by providing the required information and documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities in occupational health and safety programs and lead initiatives to strengthen safety practices, promote risk prevention, and improve occupational safety outcomes.
- Coordinate business activities involving multiple companies.
- Collaborate with the external prevention service on occupational health surveillance.
- Travel throughout Spain to supervise, evaluate, and advise on occupational risk prevention at different points of sale.
