ERP Fin Lead

Required Experience:

• 9-12 years of experience in PeopleSoft system maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support PeopleSoft systems.
• Participate in development, testing, debugging, and implementation of new releases of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities.
• Perform PeopleSoft upgrades with hands-on experience working with 8.50 & 8.54 Tools in Azure cloud.
• Plan, specify, and design implementation of new patches and upgrades.
• Handle migration of PeopleSoft objects from Non-Prod to Prod instances, ensuring backup and rollback plans are in place.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Application/Web servers, Process Schedulers, and Oracle databases.
• Install new PeopleSoft systems, apply patches, and maintain local servers.
• Manage critical projects including application upgrades and hardware changes.
• Efficiently plan, develop, implement, and monitor work programs to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery that serves organizational interests.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with MSD 365 – AOT, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Warehouse management.
• Oracle Apps expertise in General Ledger, OAF & Workflows, DBA roles.
• Oracle Cloud experience in Payables and Receivables.
• PeopleSoft FSCM modules: Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Accounts Receivables.
• SAP ABAP experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ABAP on HANA.
• SAP FICO with SAP ECC.
