  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Packaging Engineering/Science
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility and comfort in working in a quickly changing environment
  • Strong working capability with CAD and CAE simulation
  • Strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Familiar with design for manufacturing (DFM) and different manufacturing processes

Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical design reviews and ensure capability, compliance, and usefulness of concept
  • Deliver finished packaging designs, drawings, and engineering specifications to suppliers
  • Create sustainable packaging standards
  • Develop standardized packaging designs and labeling for parts
  • Develop a circulation plan for reusable packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams
  • Assist in supplier selection, evaluations, and management
