Requirements
- Prior experience working in an Agile model.
- Working knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of HBase is desired.
- Ability to code in Pig and Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of Integrity Manager and Enterprise Manager.
- Senior MicroStrategy architecture and reporting experience.
- Excellent SQL knowledge and understanding.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to explain complex design items through documents and whiteboard sessions.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create or update MicroStrategy schemas using a multisource model for database management systems and Hadoop through Hive, Impala, and Phoenix.
- Create or update reports and dashboards according to requirements.
- Use Integrity Manager and Enterprise Manager to automate and monitor test reports.
- Support deployment, create documents and Integrity Manager test cases, and prepare product-support handover documents.
- Attend meetings and support other functional teams as needed.
