Requirements
  • You will be maniacally focused on driving awareness and engagement with sales leadership and sales training targets at our enterprise accounts, and engaging them directly as we try to convert those accounts into sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage thought leadership programs aimed at driving awareness of Mindtickle
  • Your demand strategy leverages both key accounts as identified in our account-based marketing strategy, combined with proven lead gen techniques that deliver sales qualified leads (SQLs) from those target companies
  • Build and execute on an end-to-end digital marketing strategy that drives sales qualified leads through SEO, ABM, email, display ads, AdWords, chatbot, content syndication, and other next-generation digital marketing techniques
  • Collaborate with the demand team on the annual campaign plan, partner with product marketing to define the positioning, and related contents that you'll need to deliver on the promise to acquire net new logos
  • Work closely with our digital marketing, product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and customer marketing on ABM strategy and campaign development to ensure a highly coordinated experience and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Work with the content team to develop a content and social media calendar that drives traffic to our site and helps us improve awareness and discoverability. Manage outsources/freelancers
  • Brief sales and BDRs on campaigns and take input accordingly
  • Work with the field marketing team to project manage webinars and events, as well as drive sign-ups for them
  • Work closely with ops and leadership to report out on our lead generation and account engagement efforts. Use data and insights to tweak our recommendations, including targeting and messaging
  • Experience using SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, 6Sense, Qualified, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Alyce and other paid media platforms3-5 years experience running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Passion for ABM marketing targeting both enterprise and mid-market companies
  • Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with sales and product marketing using tactics that include web, email, direct mail/gifting, chatbots, content, SEO, social media, webinars, paid ads, etc
  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
