Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers through various channels, including databases, social media, industry events, and other sources.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Make outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage prospects, introduce our products/services, and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Qualification: Gather essential information from prospects to assess their needs and pain points, and fit with our offerings, ensuring that only qualified leads are passed to the sales representatives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects and maintain continuous communication to foster trust and interest in our solutions.
  • Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers, emphasizing how they can address specific customer challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and customer data in the CRM system to track progress and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and other key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the sales management team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and optimize the sales process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to improve performance and stay ahead of competitors.
