Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in graphic arts, print production, and website maintenance.
  • Knowledge of digital and offset print manufacturing, including pre-press and finishing processes such as file preparation, press quality and color checks, and scoring and folding.
  • Ability to read and understand written sales orders, quotes, sample sheets, and proofs.
  • Experience with direct mail, both electronic and physical, including Constant Contact or Campaign Monitor.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email marketing, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in WordPress content editing and maintenance.
  • Experience managing Google AdWords accounts.
  • A valid California driver's license, proof of insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company.
Responsibilities
  • Proofread social media content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Create and edit photos, videos, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
  • Curate relevant content featuring Goodwill retail merchandise, ambassadors, events, sustainability initiatives, and mission programs.
  • Plan, implement, and support weekly and monthly social media content calendars through Hootsuite and other social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Add website information, blog posts, and pop-ups using WordPress.
  • Monitor channel performance and provide quarterly reports with data insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Research potential influencers, recommend partnerships, establish relationships, and collaborate according to approved procedures and memoranda of understanding.
  • Provide graphic design support beyond social media when needed for organizational initiatives.
  • Write monthly job posts and email campaigns using the organization's email marketing program.
  • Support community events when needed.
  • Plan, curate, implement, and continuously improve the established social media strategy across multiple channels.
  • Create social media posts and storytelling related to the organization's mission, events, programs, retail initiatives, sustainability efforts, and community impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software.
