What this opportunity involves:
In this 6-month contract you will be responsible for identifying process gaps, analyse processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or simplified. Manage and implement process change per account requirement. Facilitate process workshops, including documentation of information relevant to the account/s.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Team
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis on account escalations as required by the Operations Team and provide specific action plans and preventive measures
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly
- Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions
- Coordinate process requirements for new and / or transitioned accounts including workshops for clients and Facilities Managers on the Web Portal functionality
- Manage and update the PSC ASK Manual for each account handled by the PSC
- Identify and address training gaps by creating and updating relevant reference materials such as Quick Reference Guides, Training Modules
