  • 2+ years of business controls, procedures, compliance, or risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
  • Support policy and regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, or control efforts on behalf of the business; proactively seek ways to improve processes and offer ideas for own work and work group
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, monitoring, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisor or others acting in a lead capacity and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with immediate team and colleagues on a variety of information needs
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with AML Investigations, EDD Reviews, Fraud Investigations, customer/transactional activity research, domain knowledge within banking
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Analytical skills
  • Quick learner
  • Experience using the following systems: FDR, HOGAN, ICMP, MSP or CORE, GSMOS
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently

Regency Centers Prices $400 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Regency Centers (Nasdaq: REG) has announced the pricing of a $400 million senior unsecured notes offering due 2032 through its operating partnership. The notes, priced at 99.279% of par value with a 5.00% coupon, will mature on July 15, 2032. Interest payments will be made semiannually starting January 15, 2026.The company plans to use the proceeds to reduce its line of credit balance, repay $250 million of 3.90% notes due November 2025, and for general corporate purposes including future debt repayment. The offering, led by major financial institutions including Wells Fargo Securities and BofA Securities, is expected to close on May 13, 2025.
