GetVocal AI builds a platform that coordinates human and AI agents for enterprise customer experience tasks. It uses a mix of rule-based logic and large language models to automate conversations across voice, chat, and messaging channels, with on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid deployments, and it tracks interactions with a graph-based Conversational Map while monitoring in real time via an Agent Control Center and managing a Hybrid Workforce of humans and AI. The company differentiates itself with governance, transparency, data sovereignty, and EU AI Act alignment, emphasizing human-in-the-loop oversight rather than fully autonomous systems. Its goal is to help enterprises automate routine customer interactions while preserving human oversight for complex decisions, reducing costs and boosting customer satisfaction as it expands across Europe.

Terrapinn partners with GetVocal to deploy conversational AI agents at scale. April 16, 2026 Outbound calling agent registered 122 attendees autonomously and achieved a 12.5 percent conversion uplift for the Rail Live event in Spain 16 April 2026 - GetVocal, Europe's leading provider of conversational AI agents for enterprise customer support, today announced it has partnered with global events company, Terrapinn, to deploy conversational AI agents at its flagship rail industry event, Rail Live. Terrapinn runs more than 90+ business-to-business events worldwide with a team of around 400 people, connecting buyers and sellers across sectors including transport, energy, aviation, health and infrastructure. As part of the Rail Live event, held in Spain in late 2025, Terrapinn used GetVocal's conversational AI agents to reach more than 1,000 past attendees with personalised, two-way phone conversations, encouraging registration for the upcoming event. GetVocal's AI agent was trained specifically for Terrapinn's Rail Live content and FAQs, using GetVocal's context graph that guided every conversation and made every decision auditable at scale. It used large language models (LLMs) for personalisation, enabling it to adapt the language of the conversation in real time when recipients responded in their native tongue. This ensured consistent engagement across a multilingual European audience without requiring manual configuration or human intervention. The agent took just a few weeks to scale into production and outperformed KPIs within days, making more than 1,000 calls in both English and Spanish. Around 63 percent of recipients engaged with the call and over 70 percent went on to have a full conversation. From these engaged calls, Terrapinn secured 122 registrations for Rail Live. Overall, the project delivered a conversion uplift of 12.5 percent - more than double the team's original benchmark, even outperforming email. "At Terrapinn, we believe in the power of conversations, but we didn't have a dedicated team to make these calls. To make them manually, at this scale, would simply not even be humanly possible," said Asghar Maqsood, Group Digital and AI Director at Terrapinn. "GetVocal unlocked a whole new capability for us. It is easy to configure and scale, and fits perfectly with our needs for two-way, multilingual conversations. By enabling us to move quickly, test our hypotheses and achieve strong results without adding complexity, GetVocal distinguished itself as a valuable partner in our technology stack." "Terrapinn is exactly the kind of organisation we built GetVocal for - global in ambition, but operating in markets where language, trust and regulation genuinely matter," said Roy Moussa, co-founder and CEO of GetVocal. "This project shows how governed, multilingual AI agents can drive measurable outcomes at scale, without sacrificing control or transparency." Following the success of the Rail Live project, Terrapinn is now exploring the rollout of additional conversational AI agents with GetVocal across other events and regions including Europe, the US and Singapore. GetVocal, a European conversational AI provider, has launched its Control Center, a human-AI operations interface designed to scale customer experience automation whilst maintaining oversight and compliance. The platform addresses the challenge of expanding AI beyond simple requests by enabling real-time collaboration between human operators and AI agents. The Control Center allows supervisors to monitor both AI and human performance, with AI agents requesting validation for sensitive actions and escalating complex cases whilst maintaining full context. The system integrates with Zendesk and other customer experience tools, enabling teams to manage AI agents within existing workflows. Using deterministic context graphs, the platform ensures AI decisions remain traceable and transparent. GetVocal claims enterprises can automate over 90 percent of customer conversations, compared to the typical 5-10 percent coverage of existing tools.
