Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the branch and work cross-functionally with branch team members and firm partners to deliver client experiences.
  • Assist the Branch Manager and sales and support staff with meeting client needs and resolving customer escalations.
  • Help deepen internal and external client relationships.
  • Act as the Branch Manager in the Branch Manager's absence.
  • Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operational workflow.
  • Implement, train, and support new processes adopted by the firm.
  • Mentor and develop client service professionals.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Notary qualification is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a direct client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, especially regarding brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships is preferred.
