What you will do:

• Work with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
• Leverage recruiting tools and social media avenues to attract and find talent.
• Build candidate pools and networks to quickly staff open requirements.
• Work in support of both currently active requisitions as well as upcoming proposal efforts
• Utilize applicant-tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses across workload.
• Strategize recruiting activities to include sourcing, job fairs, hiring events, marketing materials, outreach, etc.

• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Currently studying in one of the following focus areas: HR, Finance, Business Management or other related degree programs


Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in multi-tasking in a fast growing working environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
