Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Novella added Concord, NH and Lincoln, RI in 2026, signaling active expansion.
  • Current job postings show ongoing hiring for nurse practitioners and referral coordinators.
  • SamaCare adoption should reduce administrative burden and speed treatment starts across centers.

What critics are saying

  • Growth depends on insurer prior-authorization rules, and denials can choke patient volume quickly.
  • Regional chains like InfuCare and hospital outpatient departments can undercut pricing and referrals.
  • If reimbursement tightens or a major payer contract fails, Novella's expansion stalls immediately.

What makes Novella Infusion unique

  • Novella Infusion operates 30-plus New England locations across CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, Vermont.
  • Its 2023 SamaCare and WeInfuse deployment automates prior authorizations across 24 centers.
  • Broad regional coverage and appointment-only centers create convenient referral capture for chronic infusions.
