Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Sustainability, Business, or related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs
Responsibilities
  • Overall management of program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies
  • Coordinate with client to ensure all program objectives are met and adjust as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local subcontractors and trade allies to support their participation in the programs.
  • Align marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for program promotion and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance deployment opportunities for program advancement.
  • Assist in the direct support of client outreach, meetings and ad hoc requests including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings.
  • Management of direct reports including but not limited to timesheet/expense approval, PTO approval, regular individual check-in meetings, and annual performance reviews.
