PracticeTek provides software and payment solutions for retail healthcare clinics, including dental, chiropractic, orthodontics, optometry, and dermatology. It combines multiple SaaS providers into one ecosystem that covers practice management, patient engagement, electronic health records, integrated payments, and analytics, often via acquisitions like Ora Dental, GrowthPlug, and partners such as Tops and EasyRx. The company grows by acquiring and integrating these tools to offer a single, cohesive workflow from patient intake to billing and data insights, with data and payments flowing across the platform. Its goal is to scale an end-to-end software and payments platform across the U.S. and Canada to support more than 40,000 providers.
