Who You Are
Justworks is seeking a Program Manager on one of our new investments focused around providing benefits optionality to customers of Justworks. The Program Manager, Benefits Platform will work cross functionally with a small team whose focus is building a new product to new and existing customers. This role will be responsible for working with leadership and teams across the Justworks ecosystem with the goal of driving understanding and adoption of several benefit options.
This position is based out of the Justworks Labs office (Chelsea, Manhattan), where we focus on innovation and future horizons.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Create rollout strategy for new benefit options across the organization, focused primarily on customer facing teams. Working with key stakeholders across the organization
- Identify opportunities to drive adoption across Sales and Customer Success departments
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders as well as using available data - including Voice of Customer data, external market data, etc.
- Lead regular check-ins with project working groups and help keep critical deliverables on track
- Create detailed project timelines and make adjustments as needed, setting clear expectations for the working group
- Lead change, anticipate how other teams might be impacted and facilitate scoping and process design
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks to the success of projects you lead
- Liaise with partners and vendors outside of the organization to drive execution of projects with external dependencies
- Do what it takes to get the job done and motivate a team
- Be able to say “No,” but back it up with reasoning
- Maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity
- Lead resolution efforts for issues that may arise and follow through until they’re completed

Qualifications
- Strong business acumen required, including an understanding of tech/SaaS companies
- Minimum of 2 year of program, project management, or comparable experience within a tech-forward organization, with demonstrated wins
- Strong SQL and Excel knowledge
- Able to learn about the Justworks benefits/insurance program and other domains quickly
- Strong communication skills, including managing up
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simple(r)
- Team player who puts the needs of the project and group first and is willing to roll up their sleeves to do what it takes to get the job done
- Knowledge of health insurance and benefits is a plus
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000.00 to $139,700.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
