Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign targeting and pricing management.
  • 2+ years of experience building and leading a highly effective and functional team as well as managing operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client-facing sales team to develop customized proposals.
  • Develop and present visually compelling options and proposals to clients.
  • Deliver innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with clients' target audiences.
  • Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and iterate on processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining agility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with client operations reporting team to provide regular reporting on impressions, click through rates and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with strategy & insights team on the set up, execution and delivery of audience quality and script lift insights.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide team members through fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
