Requirements
  • Current student pursuing an MBA, Master’s degree in Data & Analytics, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of data management principles including data cleaning, data integration, and data validation techniques
  • Strong storytelling ability via verbal and written communication
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box with a passion to learn and grow
  • Established track record of taking initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions
Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements, determine relevant data sources and operationalize new reporting assets for Accounting and Finance teams
  • Support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities related to Data Ingestion, Standardization of data assets and maintaining the overall governance
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret and present insights to Finance and Accounting process teams
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex data and technology challenges
  • Assist in the development and testing of data models and calculation logic
  • Conduct research and gather relevant data to support Finance Transformation project objectives and deliverables
