Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, computer science is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in planning and managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and Programmatic Ads
  • Experience in client or account management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English, any further language is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and media plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Proactively communicate project status, performance updates, and key insights to clients.
  • Gather client feedback and incorporate it into campaign strategies and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, retail, data) and external client teams (marketing, e-commerce, branding) to ensure alignment and integrated brand experiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon Advertising strategies tailored to each client's specific goals and target audience.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of all Amazon Ads formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
  • Conduct in-depth category research, competitive analysis, and keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as long term ROI, New-to-Brand and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proactively identify and implement new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, guiding their decision-making and ensuring campaign success.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to clients, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Elaborate actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the value of our services.
