  • 2 years of experience in a Logistics coordinator role and/or Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Being the face of Logistics department and providing seamless level 2 support to our clients and patients daily
  • Work with customers to resolve issues on the first interaction, follow-up with those requiring additional information, and escalate any discovered issues if necessary
  • Compile logistics reports for order backlog, on time delivery and first pass quality
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, provide shipment updates to clients, and escalate as needed to ensure on time pick up/delivery
  • Schedule and coordinate LTL shipments to and from our customers and suppliers
  • Perform bulk build uploads and other inventory transactions in NetSuite
  • Use internal tools and systems to manage a productive workflow
  • Document all communications with customers to promote a consistent experience across all touch points
  • Create, change, and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including product management, sales, marketing, logistics, and client success
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Knowledge of Logistics workflows
