Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working insider threat matters in a corporate or government environment
  • 3+ years proven incident management experience in the security industry, the public sector and or civil services
  • Knowledge of insider threat vectors and attack methods
  • Experience conducting sensitive security investigations including gathering evidence/artifacts, reviewing log files, incident reporting, and presenting findings to key stakeholders
  • Conversant with system and application security risks, threats and vulnerabilities, and familiarity with security architecture concepts
  • Familiarity with user behavioral analytics, cloud monitoring and security tools, data loss prevention systems, SIEMs, and related tooling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both a technical & non-technical environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
Responsibilities
  • Support CLEAR's Internal Security and Resilience (ISR) Team in the operation and enhancement of its insider threat program consisting of the prevention, active monitoring, and resolution of internal security threats
  • Work with CLEAR's Security Operations Team to develop monitoring and alerting of indicators related to internal and external threat actors
  • Develop, refine, and calibrate technical capabilities and tools to provide actionable intelligence and drive the investigation of identified anomalies and security incidents and act as the intake and interface point for all Insider Threat and Data Loss escalations
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders such as Legal, Privacy, and the People Team to ensure confidentiality and discreet resolution of investigations
  • Maintain oversight and assist in the onboarding of a case management system
  • Assist in the gathering of metrics and statistics of incidents and investigations and leverage the data to observe trends, drive resources, and identify emerging risks
