The Operations Analyst will assist Underwriting Operations team in the day-to-day activities of supporting the Underwriting units and the implementation of our Duck Creek platform. The person in this position will provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Process tasks accurately to maintain departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
Perform data entry coding into policy administration applications.
Assist in maintaining system and process documentation
Support other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require.
Correspond with Underwriting and functional teams to obtain documentation and identify support needs.
Maintain a customer service mentality.
Experience:
Experience working in the insurance industry preferred
Ability to use all Microsoft Office software.
Strong communications skills both written and oral.
Ability to interact with all organizational levels.
Basic computer skills, ability to use standard office equipment required.
