Requirements
  • 10+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics technology, fintech, procurement technology, or enterprise Software as a Service
  • Track record of owning a complex, multi-sided product with high operational dependencies
  • Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of software and physical world operations
  • Strong commercial intuition: pricing, supply/demand alignment, margin dynamics
  • Ability to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day
  • Excellent communicator who drives clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, office-only environment — high tempo, high accountability, high ownership

Responsibilities
  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and scale the end-to-end operating system for materials trade, transforming fragmented workflows into automated, AI-driven processes
  • Build a unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, claims, and supplier management
  • Translate business priorities into a clear, measurable, and compounding product roadmap that drives long-term competitive advantage
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers
  • Establish a strong product operating cadence with weekly reviews, clear success metrics, and crisp, consistent communication
  • Foster a culture of rapid iteration, pragmatic decision-making, and operational excellence across the product organization
  • Deliver Business Impact: Improve conversion, retention, and reactivation through superior buyer and supplier experiences
  • Lift automation rates across the entire trade lifecycle — from quote to cash
  • Reduce operational overhead by replacing manual processes with intelligent, autonomous system behavior
  • Model the company’s office-only, high-energy culture — fast cycles, clear decisions, and tight collaboration every day
  • Lead and Scale AI-Driven Product Development: Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows for sales, procurement, and customer operations
  • Convert human expertise into repeatable, algorithmic playbooks embedded directly into the platform
  • Drive adoption of predictive pricing, forecasting, routing, and risk models across all core systems.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to align product decisions with real-world operational constraints
  • Ensure platform reliability for large-scale transactions, cross-border shipments, and time-critical deliveries
  • Drive platform expansion across new regions, categories, and fulfillment modes
  • Success Measures: A clear and scalable product architecture powering all commercial and operational workflows
  • Significantly increased automation rates across sourcing, sales, logistics, and finance
  • A roadmap consistently delivered with precision, speed, and measurable outcomes
  • A high-performing, metrics-driven product organization, scaled for impact and growth
