Requirements
  • Knowledge of Technology Risk and Cybersecurity frameworks and standards (COBIT, NIST & ITIL etc.,) is required.
  • Familiar with and has experience managing global initiatives including timelines, status, interdependencies, resource allocation, risk and issues management.
  • Flexibility to operate in a constant changing environment.
  • Ability to operate in an agile manner to address challenges that come up.
  • Strong project planning skills and expertise in program management, across multiple work-streams.
  • Candidate is knowledgeable with effective business writing methods and techniques and can clearly articulate impactful messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the review and enhancement of current standards to fulfill regulatory expectations
  • Review end-to-end processes that are operating in the GTS environment to assess effectiveness around supporting the standards
  • Review the control effectiveness from a process effectiveness perspective
  • Help to remediate document gaps against optimal process effectiveness
  • Support remediation actions or supporting strategic programs necessary to address gaps
  • Provide regular status updates and supporting project management reports; deliver reporting for senior management
