  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, organization, and teamwork, with deep experience presenting to senior management

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Grow portfolio of strategic hardware, software and cloud-related technology alliance partners measured through new business, opportunity/revenue growth, technical enablement, and data stack penetration
  • Develop innovative business models that align Aerospike and partner objectives
  • Work collaboratively across Technical Alliance partner and Aerospike teams to build comprehensive joint business plans
  • Create joint sales plays to effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with Aerospike's core benefits
  • Evangelize Technical Alliance Partners across the global Aerospike sales organization to ensure successful sales enablement and opportunity development efforts, with respect to partner solutions
  • Orchestrate sales, marketing and product teams to drive Technical Alliance partner engagement, customer wins, and Aerospike revenue & pipeline around the world
  • Provide thought leadership for Aerospike by helping to drive product strategy through partner feedback and market insights
  • Cultivate executive relationships with Technical Alliance partners and optimizing partner performance through business reviews, identifying business and revenue growth opportunities, and managing a joint GTM/sales approach where/when appropriate
  • Create and execute operational processes and legal contracts details with partners through collaboration with Aerospike operations, legal, and finance teams
  • Report out on the Technical Alliance partner efforts and results to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience working for a software and/or hardware company, focused on data management
  • Experience working in financial services, telco, manufacturing, or other targeted industry sectors
