Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy development for clients in RFP Kick off calls and ideation sessions
  • Work in partnership with Sales, Creative Solutions, and key stakeholders to tailor pitches to each industry, account, and the full product portfolio
  • Work closely with sellers to understand client needs, wants, and objectives, and then determine media mix best for specific campaigns
  • Analyze data, think creatively, and design innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience and achieve KPIs
  • Recommends and manages research that will aid in the consumer insight-gathering and strategic process
  • Create inspiring deck responses to RFP / RFI and media plan templates to communicate a sales story that will deliver on the client brief and win maximum share of wallet
  • Develop deep product knowledge to understanding which products and tactics to leverage for specific client KPIs
  • Aid in proactive Sales efforts to help further drive revenue
  • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned content vertical (Agency experience on tech or gaming brands required)
  • An appetite to learn and for continual improvement
