Responsibilities

• Analyze user data and behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop corresponding strategies.
• Set and track key user growth metrics (KPIs) and devise strategies and initiatives to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to drive product optimizations and feature developments that enhance user experience and growth potential.
• Research market trends and competitors to continuously improve product features and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and user surveys, collect feedback, and conduct data analysis to optimize product features and functionality.
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive user acquisition and conversion, developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal communication is preferred but not required for written proficiency.
• Understanding of DoraHacks’ business and familiarity with DoraHacks’ products.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related fields with a focus on user growth.
• Strong data-driven and experimental mindset, experienced with A/B testing and user surveys.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of understanding and interpreting user behavior data.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of user psychology and market behavior, able to develop effective user growth strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with global teams.

Interview Process

• Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
• Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
• Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you’ll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
• Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
